Towels, kitchen linen, cleaning materials and
toiletries are not supplied.

Please note that breakage deposit will only be refunded
if the accommodation is left neat and clean. All dishes washed up, nothing
broken and everything packed away. An extra charge will be debited if the
cleaning has to be done by the establishment. Furniture must not be moved
around. Linen to be folded and placed at the end of the bed. The Deposit will be
refunded within 30 days if everything is in order. 20% handling fee plus
replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.

The owner will not be held liable for any damages
sustained due to Fire, theft, or injury by any cause What so-ever. Guests are
urged to have their own insurance.

Subletting is strictly prohibited and deposit will
forfeited.

Accommodation is strictly let to the no of guests
listed on the booking advice. Extra guests will be charged at R200.00 per person
per night out of season (Or you will be asked to leave and all payments
forfeited.

Premises must be vacated no later than 9:00am on the
date of departure and can only be occupied between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Unless
prior arrangements are made with management. guests will be charged an extra
night if this is not adhered to.

Caravans and tents are prohibited.

Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon by Management
in writing.

In the event of a cancellation and not taking up the
accommodation, there will be no refund.

Inventories must be checked on arrival and on
departure. Items must not be moved from cottage to cottage.

Please close all windows and doors on departure and key
on the alarm.

All bookings are made in good faith by us but may be
subject to change and you will be notified in writing. In the event of a booking
been cancelled by ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will
be given alternative accommodation will be sought for you. We also reserve the
right to offer you alternative accommodation.

Bed linen is charged per person.

A Levy/Admin fee is charged once-off.

Keys will not be made available until all money due is
paid in full. No credit cards and cheques.

The guests shall not cause, or allow any undue or
excessive noise or operate radios or televisions at any volume which may cause
annoyance to other guests, particularly between 10:00pm and 9:00am.

To secure a holiday booking, deposits are
required to be paid within 24 hours of booking. Payments may be made by Internet
transfer. Cash or irrevocable Bank bank guaranteed cheque. R100 to be added for
cash deposits.

Please ensure the fridge is defrosted the night
before departure. Rubbish to be put into plastic bags and placed in the outside
bins.

Please clean the fridge, stove and microwave, leaving
the doors open. Clean braai which you used.

Lodgement of the deposit is construed to be acceptance
of the conditions and binding upon all parties.

Each cottage or house is fully equipped and has DSTV (you need to bring own decoder and smart card) if you do not have a decoder and
smart card, you may hire one from the agency in Manaba. If require a technician
to assist you install your decoder, his services MUST be PAID in cash by you
before he undertakes the task.

Please note that should breakages exceed the deposit
held, the person signing the Pro-forma invoice and Terms and Conditions
undertakes to make immediate payment in cash to the management before departure.

Cottages and houses are self catering. Should you
require a maid, this must be arranged when booking is made. The rate is R200 per
day. This does not include washing and ironing. There are laundries in town.

Only paying guests may park in the grounds. Only one
car per 6 sleeper cottage and 2 cars for larger units. Extra cars must park in
the street (by order). No overnight visitors.

Children must be supervised at all times at the
swimming pool and around the estate. The establishment will not be responsible
for any injuries.

All cottages and houses have safes installed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages and
houses. You may smoke outside. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground
please.

Swimming costumes to be worn in the swimming pool.
(not naked swimming please)

Loud music and unruly behaviour is banned. Other
quests must be considered.

Minimum amount of R150 will be deducted from your
deposit for Water and Electricity.

R250 to be deducted from
deposit for last day cleaning & washing.

Not to interfere with alarm
system and electrical supply to it.

Not to interfere with swimming
pool equipment.
